Although he said we would lose to them, im really excited to see we are recieving some respect by some anyalysts..
 
If the depth in our secondary don't get it together, we will at home watching again..

cmon bro be serious, after one game plus all the injuries and new players...give it some time

I will, but I haven't been high on them going into the season, it was one of the areas I really had concern..I remember the vets having problems last year, so I just new these new young guys will have to take some time to adjust.
 
there is not one team in the NFL that has an elite DB unit. Every team has problems at the DB position, in my opinion its one of the hardest positions to play. (CB, FS, SS). We have Will Allen, Andre Goodman, Travis Daniels (injured), Renaldo Hill, Deke Cooper, Jason Allen, Tillman, all competing. They are a good group of players, once the season starts...the best 4 will be in. And i think we will do decent
 
agreed, shows how important a healthy travis daniels is to our secondary as much for his play as he can act like a coach on the field being in nicks schemes for what 5 years now...
 
The hype now is getting a little ridiculous. We will be a good team, make the playoffs, and possibly advance in them, but we are at least another year removed from the Super Bowl in all likelihood. One more offseason with Saban and Mueller should just about do the trick though.

yea I kinda feel you but thing is, our Secondary got it together and gelled the last 5 to 6 games of the year after i guess being comfortable and understanding it more if thats teh way to put it. and rem. our secondary last year was HIDEOUSLY SLOW!! we have a lot of speed now. HOpefully it can help some.

Nah Carolina is foreal... they made it to the SuperBowl, had a down season swarming w/ injuries but still made a late run in 05, then they were one of the best teams in the NFC last year. I don't see how Tampa can be as sexy a pick at all. The panthers are really well rounded on Defense especially with Jenkins... and they added DeAngelo and Keyshawn to an already potent offense.

He's got a point, the secondary is having alot of problems :\
 
I think Carolina will defintley win the NFC and the AFC comes down to us, Denver and Cincinnati (assuming Palmer can play.)
