I pray to the football Gods that I am wrong, but don't count on Ireland, philbin, coal, or Sherman to be gone after this. Its not even really their fault... they are scrubs doing what scrubs do... we will forever be dumb as fuk until Ross is gone. He is the one who believes in Ireland, who believes in philbin, who is loyal to and loves Sherman. These guys are looking out for each other and will do so until Ross pulls his ****ing ass out of his head. Our only glimmer of hope is this dumb ass board he put together... lol, he needs a board to tell him how fuking dumb he is. Hopefully he listens
 
Someone will go in the post season might not be both, like it should but no way they can both survive the Martin/Incog thing without making the playoffs, especially in the way we did against the Bills and Jets.
 
i hope and pray to God that is true... but Ross just proves over and over he is an idiot... we shall see tho, should be an interesting off season
 
Agreed, Sherman called a pretty good, balenced game today. They just didnt want it as much as the Jets and Tannehill sucked. Need some playmakers.
 
It's Ireland that needs to go. He is directly responsible for the talent (or lack of) that is brought in. The players make the coaches. If the players execute the play to perfection, the co-ordinator gets credit for a great call, if they flop, he gets the finger pointed at him. It's a guessing game at best. You need to remove the one responsible for the players brought in. In 5 years he has failed to draft an impact player at any position. He has late round draft picks that make the team and play, yet they only ever play like middle round talent. So yeah, there good pick ups, but only as depth. Not really more than that. That's why we're mired in mediocrity. Our "upgraded" linebackers are afraid to hit anyone, how can that be? So it all needs to start and end with him. I reluctantly would give the coaches and players more time. We can't keep churning things up every other year and expect to go somewhere. Dungy and Cowher (who a lot of people are clamoring here for) took YEARS to win a Superbowl. If they were coaching here, they would have been run out of town long before they got there. Stability is the name of the game.

IM JUST WONDERING ,whos fault is it to get a team motivated ?? that suspose to be on the Head coach , he didnt do it , Miami players acted like they didnt even care if they won or not , theres noway under the sun that we should have even played this game close Geno Smith is garbage QB , we had 12 sacks last game and we didnt even get a knock down in this one ,theres only one way out of this and thats for ALL the fans to write a letter to Ross and let him know if they all are not fired that we as fans will not buy nomore merchandise or anything else , after Miami beat Pittsburge , sandiego , colts , New england and cincy and beat the jests the first game up there by 20 points , and couldnt even beat them at home by 3 measly points ? yeah we need to clean house , we just dont have the personal to motivate our players or call the right plays at the right times , and as i said it was fishy that Hartline went out of the game , no xray or MRI .nothing to tell us whats sup , and he was standing on the sideline , like nothing was wrong , the way i see it if they could crawl they should have been back out there , this was a set up bunch of bull **** and i think we need to clean house ..
 
I don't want them gone. They need 1 more year...if they are less than playoffs then clean house!

We did not have a losing season and improved by 1 game. Next year is playoffs or bust.

Sucks right now to have that mindset but objectively there is no reason to clean house right now. Next year is the year of Joe's "hot seat"

Edit: Let me also add that one of the main reasons I feel this way is that we all know Joe isn't going anywhere for at least a year...I don't want a new GM and a lame duck coach. I want a clean sweep if that happens and knowing that it won't happen now I'd rather wait.
 
i disagree. This team has got plenty of talent. They lack heart. Bad coaching too

I would like to know which year really, truly IS "next year or bust" for this franchise.

We have been on the next year playoffs or bust thingy now for a DECADE. About time it is THIS PRESENT year (the one just concluded) is the "palyoffs or bust" year.

I vote bust NOW, not next December when we will be sitting here saying the same thing if ireland remains as the CANCER of this franchise.

Uh...year 3 of a new coach and offense? year 3 of a young QB with a **** ton of potential?
