I'm curious if anyone else was watching the Manning vs. Manning thing and seen the horrible PI call on the offense against Eli and #84 for the Giants. The take off running down the filed and he cuts back toward the line of scrimmage and the Colts defender gets so thrown off he falls down, the Giants #84 had like a elbow on him that just grazed the defender and the Ref's call it freaking Pass Interference. I mean, come on... the Coaches and Players are going to have to step up and do some talking to someone about this crap. It's getting to where the dang wide out's can't even freaking play on the ball anymore w/o it being Pass Interference.

Now about our game against the Steelers. To me there were a few bad calls both ways. Or no calls both ways I should say. To me the turning point of the game was when we had Pitt 3 and 13 I think backed up deep and they gave them that dang Hands to the Face call. If you watch a game, that is going to happen almost every down. PERIOD. Anyone else w/ me on this, or am I alone and being a homer ?
 
ya i saw it. horrible horrible call. changed the game. eli throws a pick to lose the game for ny right afterwards. kind of like dauntes pick right after the steelers toss an 80 yrd td to the tightend. but no one is calling out eli
 
i'm with you 100%. i think that if in pretty much any game there are more than 8-10 penalties (excluding obvious things like false starts, offsides, delay of game) that the refs have done a poor job of letting the players dictate the outcome. but i mean i can remember games where there are PI calls on seemingly every other throw, its gotten to ridiculous, they might as well have them not play in pads anymore, because everyone is so afraid of making any kind of illegal hit or penalty that its just not even worth it. they're gonna have to do away with 'JACKED UP!' on ESPN, because no one is getting jacked up anymore.
 
The Colts arent lucky. They were handed the game on a silver platter with the PI. The referees seriously must have intentionally called that. Haha, ridiculous...

Well, when a team gets something handed to them by a horrid call by the officals I call them "lucky".

Yeah true.

But I bet Polian slips the refs a "Few" bucks before every game. :rolleyes2
