Hadnot, McKinney experiment with role reversal

His bro was a pretty good RG though Seth is nowhere near his level. I dunno, I think Seth is too light for the Guard spot.

I thought McKinney did pretty well at guard in his first year, he was just never suited to the center position. I think we COULD upgrade there, but I beleive if he starts it will be because he can get the job done. With all the depth we have on the O-line now, the coaches must beleive they have seen something in him to beleive they should resign him.

i think he will make a better guard. i think he dosent have to be huge to play rg being moblie and etc. makes a good guard.

If you re-read what this guy wrote it's actually pretty damn funny!

Seth might make a better RG than C, but Hadnot is a better RG than Seth, period. I'm not convinced Hadnot's a better C yet than Seth either. I doubt that if the season were starting now, we wouldn't see SM and RH back at their previous spots. If you all remember correctly, HH did this with Carey at LT all thru most of camp and then he ended up back at RT for the season start. It's part of HH's belief that each of the guys should know the other positions along the line. JMO...but I think we certainly still need an upgrade there. Hadnot seems to clearly be the better player, but he's not a great OL either....

I am not convinced that Hadnot is the better center either. To be honest I still think Mc Kinney could work out at Center long term. He had his bad moments but his play was really coming around toward the end of the
season.
I do like the philosophy that each player should know each position whether it is a strength for them or not. Anything can happen and injury can force transitions all over the line. Better be prepared for any event....
