Getting Derek Hagan in the 3rd was an awesome move on Saban's part. Hagan shows up against the top competition time and time again. His bad Senior Bowl was just a fluke in my opinion. If he shows up like i think he can he is going to make a great #2 eventually. He reminds of a Rod Smith/Mushin Muhammed type receiver.

^5 it sure was bro. Our Head Coach seeks the little things that separate decent talent from future great talent...That's what he has done this whole draft. Besides any coach who can draft 3 players who could start in 12 games thier rookie season in his first draft deserves our respect and support....Right?

Thats pretty weird when i watched hagan the wide reciever that immedietely jumped into my mind was rod smith also... if he ends up being half the receiver smith has been its a pretty good pick for the third round

Most def man, All of our picks so far have contributed in some way. Even Matt Roth and Manny Who weren't starters got into the rotation and made some havoc on the field.

Honestly, who on this board could argue with that post! Excellent.:dolphins:

Hagan's going to be an extremely solid #3 reciever this year. It might be awhile before he overtakes Booker as the #2, but it will eventually happen. Seems like an outstanding possession reciever.

Plus, he's already got the celebration down.

As an ASU alum I am so happy we drafted this guy. Hagan is a great receiver. He finds ways to get open even though he doesn't have lightning speed, and he knows how to run after making the catch. He can take a short pass and turn it into a big gain. I also think his "drops" as of late were a fluke...he went over 1,000 yards in his sophomore, junior and senior year.
