just got a quick question out of curiousity, i was looking at the top of the homepage and saw the countdown to the hall of fame game and thought about how we played the rams in it a couple of years back, how do they choose the teams to play in the game like is it based on something or what????

I believe it's based on the players who are going into the Hall. This year it's Marino and that player for the Bears, which is why they were selected to play in that game.

yeah thats what i was thinking but i would think the better choice would b miami and san fran to honor young but who knows

I figured that the 49ers would of been the other team because of Steve Young.

Once Dan Marino was announced that he was going to the hall, Canton made Miami a lock for the game. They were going back and forth for a few weeks between the 49ers and Bears and eventually choose the Bears. I do agree the 49ers would have been the better choice with Young going to the hall, but it will be fun to see Ronnie and Cedric going head to head.

Yeah, I thought it was most likely based on for the team to represent which player of theirs is being inducted in the Hall of Fame if anything at all, and I was thinking it would be us and San Francisco as well. But hmm... Miami and Chicago Hall of Fame game. Who knows... maybe Dave Wannstedt has a new job in choosing which teams should play in the Hall Of Fame. We may end up seeing Miami and Dallas Hall of Fame game next year... or possibly Miami and Chicago for the next 10 years.

your right, it will be nice to see ronnie and cedric, and it will also be the come back of ricky williams so it will be a very interesting game, im excited

I thought Miami - San Fran was a given as well. I hadn't even heard about this guy from Chicago - then my friend told me he was a hall of famer from the Bears - I guess from a long time ago. Fritz something I think.

Hey, as long as it's football.

Same here. Maybe the 2 worst records in the NFL last season wasn't very appealing. At least we can see who outperforms who between JT and Ogun.

It would be nice aswell to see two new HC and the #1 and #2 pick playing against each other.

another nice matchup, like i said before this game will be very interesting with all of the matchups that will be between the teams

Too bad the starters will play like 3 plays, and then sit. I think the RB we will see the most of is Kay Jay Harris, who probably wont make the team.

Your sig is so tiny. I need a magnify glass to see it. I think you may have done something wrong when you uploaded it.
