This has already been said by somebody but now that I think about it, Im extremely happy how the last season went. If we would of went 6-10 lets say, Cam Cameron and Mueller would still be here instead of proven winners such as Bill Parcells, Jeff Ireland, and Tony Sparano.

If it wasnt for such a terrible season, rebuilding would not of really started. Cameron and Mueller were looking for a quick fix just like Saban did and the regimes before him. Parcells understands that this is a bad season, and rebuilding is the only option.

Random thought, yea, but I just thought I would share that.

Your Thoughts?

I think BP is going to be the biggest pick up we've had in years and i think your right about if we went 6-10. kinda scary.

I'd rather be a winner with some stability vs. what we just went through.
This team should have won 6 games last year, and that is why Cam is gone.

Hmm, let's see, we let over half the team walk from Saban's last year, to include Randy McMicheal, Chris Chambers, Wes Welker, David Bowens, Kevin Carter, Evans, Culpepper, McIntosh, McKinney, changed kickers, punters, kept 10 rookies draft picks, kept at least another 3-5 undrafted rookies, and you think Cam\Muller weren't rebuilding???? :kick:

Yea and he would still be here. I used to be a big Cameron supporter but after going through a whole season with him, I just dont think he was the right guy for this team.

There's no way I can ever be happy or satisfied with a 1-15 season, regardless of how exciting it makes the offseason. I'll take a 8-8, 6-10, or even a 4-12 season as long as it brings some stability to this franchise.

Time To Get Back to Winning!!

The truth of the matter is, as Dolphin fans, we are really not used to being this bad, it's been unchartered waters for us the last few years. And quite frankly I'm sick of this ride. For as long as I have been a Dolphin fan, we have had 4 losing seasons and 3 of them have been in the last 4 years, which is totally unacceptable for me and for all Dolphin fans!!

dude, it sucked last season. i know what your saying, but seriously, i wouldnt ever want to go through that again. and even in retrospect, with all that weve gained (parcells, sparano, etc) i still vomit in my mouth when i see that 1-15 besides our name. how do you feel now?

Only the true fans stuck the last season out. I have my dolphins shirts I wear because I like most of you am a true fan. Yes it sucked to watch the team self destruct last season.
It hurts to see good players (Zach and Jason) get boned over by a person who isn't a head coach and someone who doesn't put effort into winning.

I would like to see the team turn around and win 10 games this season. I'll be happy with improvements, any improvments at all.

I am happy with the way our coaching staff has filled out, I how ever beleive Cam should have been given another chance. This year was not his fault. How can you win with your 5th safety, your 3rd string QB, and your #1 receiver traded to another team...the list goes on and on. That being said, I will never be happy with a won win season, although thank God for that one win....and thank God for that last loss on Sunday!

There is no reason to be happy about the 2007-2008 season. You can be happy about the moves that it made nessecary, but theres no reason to celebrate a 1-15 season. I hope that the Sparano/Ireland duo brings lasting success to the organization and not just a one and done team.

This season was horrible. Then we won that Baltimore game (whew!), Parcells joined (got me a bit excited) and then New England lost the Super Bowl in fantastic fashion.

It still sucked, but it started the offseason just right!
