Hey guys, I'm just wondering how you feel in regards to our being 2-2 so far. Are you satisfied with these two wins? Do you feel we should be 1-3? 4-0? 3-1? 0-4? What are youir feelings on our standing..

Personally, I'm really happy. The losses take a lot out of us but we're making tangible mental errors. As professionals, I think that it's good to have errors that are mental and not physical, talent-based errors. 2-2 isn't great when we could easily be 4-0 but looking back to last season, 2-2 seems pretty good.

:rawk: Here's to flattening those Bucs in our path to success!!

first 3 games i was delerious, and had we lost that 4th game i would be fine with it too. But the fact at how many turnovers and ridiculous penalties we have is disgusting, it shows that Saban has yet to instill REAL discipline in this team, and that he's allowing players to be this sloppy. It angers me that we can play that poorly and just barely lose. Think if we make very few mistakes in that Bills game we win by 17 or so......

If you said we would be 2-2 at the start of the season I would have taken it then, but now after what I have seen so far I would have to say I am slightly disappointed. This side is better than that. Maybe it is Sabans complex schemes that is causing a lot of the penalties, and obviously they are what are killing us week after week. Having said that, we look to be in a lot better shape than the Bills or the Jets for the long term, and that has to be a plus. We could still post a winning season, and I, like a lot of other Fin fans are probably expecting to do just that. Forget about the two road games and lets look to the future.

The penalties are a result of a team that was horrible last season and is now learning new schemes on both sides of the ball. Five years of bad coaching doesn't just disappear instantly. Yes without the penalties the team could be 4-0. That is thanks to the new coach upgrading the talent with limited resources, bringing a guy in to revive the offense, and improving the defense as well. Wanny wouldn't have fielded a good enough team for 1-3. I believe the mistakes will get better and as long as they are not in a hole later in the season they will have areal shot at the playoffs.

If we cut down our penalties 50%. We would win every week.

At Buffalo, shattering the all-time team penalty record by 5, 5 turnovers and we still nearly won?

I'm happy, I would like to see some of these guys get their heads out of their arse and quit commiting stupid penalties though.

I'm not happy. We should be at least 3-1. The stupid penalties and turnovers have got to stop. Having said that, however, I am very optimistic!

HI! I'm Opfinistic!:)

Yes,this year is the start of something great...be patiant

<--- smacks some of you. we were 1-7 at the half way mark last year and we've already doubled that at the 1/4 mark. Great improvements, yet a long road to go. I hope they can pull it together and get this thing on the right track, remember 5 wins is an improvement over last year!!!!!

I'd like to see less then 10 penalties, win or lose at least at that point we aren't giving them the game.

take away the penalties and I couldn't be happier.

I could.....2-2 fine....but 0-2 in division? ouch....

If I could only win 6 games all year it would be 2 wins each against Pats, Jets, and Bills.

I am ok with our record. I am ok with the coaching staff and the production they have massaged out of this group. However, I dont like playing so sloppy (esp. on the road) where you have to mount a comeback just to be respectable.....we are not good enough to give the other team a lead that we have to play catch up deep into the 4th quarter. Losing to Jets and Bills by playing mistake-prone football does not thrill me.

I am less than happy to lose 2 division games. Both are on the road but I dont want to dig too deep a hole for the later part of the season.

I like our two home wins and the way we have played to be in every game with a chance to pull out victories....but division losses are painful.
