Harbaugh out

Alright whatever
With that attitude you’ll never get people here
You didn’t learn from the Sporano IHarbaugh travesty???
I run a business for the last 35 years and even I’ve learned
So you know better I guess
Like I said Miami should show class and do it the right way, but I do not give a damn about McDaniel or any disrespect given his way. I do not feel he has earned the right of respect, that is the argument, not that Miami doing it the wrong way again is the right move. **** Mike McDaniel and **** his feelings. Again you said he doesn't deserve to be disrespected and I couldn't disagree more, respect is earned through growth and adaptation in coaching. He has shown arrogance in the process of being the head Coach a position that he didn't deserve in the first place.

Actually he would be living and coaching in New Jersey which would be far enough away to indemnify him from that "tax the rich (even more)" oppressiveness
New Jersey is in no way better than NYC. I know from experience.

Dude, that’s great. You take this way more seriously than you should

This is still a pro organization and you fire people properly. You make this sound like a bar room brawl. I am the biggest McD critic and you can’t argue that based on all my posts the last four years. So I have no love for the guy,

Are you that immature that you think McD was out to screw the organization on purpose? This isn’t a James Bond movie dude
He’s a coach who didn’t work out, there’s nothing more to it. I feel like I’m arguing with a 10 year old here.
You show some class and that’s all there is to it.

Well I guess if showing McDouchebag respect is what it is going to take to get him away from my team, I allow it. Lol

I believe in treating an employee with the same dignity upon their exit as when they are hired.
Yeah James, I don’t know why this is so hard for people to comprehend. I guess those people arguing stock shelves for a living or are just keyboard warriors with all the tough talk. Whatever.

100% true Easy. When did treating people with dignity become unthinkable for some people? I always hired slowly and carefully, paid above market and let staff do what they’re good at. I also held them accountable. When someone didn’t work out, I thanked them, treated them with respect and moved forward. Being honest, and polite always pays dividends in the long run.

I really dont think mccoachs situation is similar to normal jobs. Phins are in a position where a better candidate is available that they might not get so its better for the team to move on harbaugh without firing mccoach. Thats neither personal nor petty but rather a move to help the team win.

Is that disrespectful? Mccoach might view it that way but I dont. Hes already been paid more than most of us could ever hope to make in a lifetime to do the sort of job people only dream about. He can retire now (provided he wasn't an idiot with his money) and never work another day in his life. Honestly the real disrespect is to the fans for getting paid and failing to deliver.

That isn’t our point. Easy and I were surprised at the classless comments some posters were hurling at McD. We both want to upgrade at the HC position.

Well I guess you are indirectly directing this comment towards me because I feel that McDaniel doesn't deserve respect. Should we look at your post history to find model of giving respect to people, give me a break with you high horse hypocrisy talk. You act like other people haven't been here for decades as well.

Clashless comments give me a f****** break James. Where was this stance with all the bullshit that we had to hear about Tannehill, Tua, just to name a few all these people over and over again. But classless is saying we don't believe mcdaniel deserves respect given his arrogance and unwillingness to adapt.

We will agree to disagree. Most people agree that we need to replace McD. But if we do, I wish him well. I don’t hurl insults. Same goes for Tua, Tannehill, etc.
