Yes, Williams agent said he got one overturned for JJ Johnson Rb for dolphins that never made it to the public

More times than we'll know; when people actually maintain policy instead of further their own agenda, these things are handled privately. That’s why, many times, we never hear about the 1st 3 occurrences until the suspension is levied after the 4th.

My understanding is about 10% though.

Actually, that isn't right. Fines get levied after a second positive test ( Four game checks ), suspensions happen after the third ( Four games without pay ), and a minimum of a full year on the fourth offense (which is where Ricky is now ).

Everyone knows who is in the drug program after the second offense as all fines are made public.

J.J. Johnson had his overturned and others have as well. Again, it is hard to quantify because generally, it is kept under wraps until AFTER the final appeals have been heard. If it is overturned, you don't hear about it at all, if it is upheld, the suspension comes down.

Does anyone know if there is some kind of a B sample that is taken at the same time as the A sample that can be tested to verify or dispute whether the original test was correct? I am assuming there is but I have never heard exatly how the process is set up.

No one knows has said many 4th offense ruling have been over turned. I would suspect the 10% so many ppl quote is a majority 1st time offense that was over turned.

That is exactly how it works.

Ricky's B Pee is a VERY hot commodity at the moment:goof:

Just curious, but does anybody know what happens for a 5th failed test? Permanent banishment from the league?
