Have we signed any of the draft picks yet?

Not that I am aware of.
Dolphins always seem to be among the last to sign picks because of the out-clause Dawn puts into every contract for bad behavior/arrest/drugs etc....
Bears have signed all but 1 draft pick, as well as other teams. Rookie cap and new CBA makes picks and money much much easier to negotiate. Hardest part at this point for teams is guaranteed money, and 5th year options.

By the sounds of some of these guys we picked up afterwards, she's going to very busy with all the "bad behavior" clauses.
Even though we're deep into the off-season thanks to the late draft, I have a feeling it going to start very slow, and like every year, the last picks will be signed way before the earlier picks. I hope the O-linemen and Landry are signed quickly, we need them in training camp from day one.
I was thinkin the same thing, as i keep reading of other teams starting to sign, but as been said, its early still. Hopefully NO HOLDOUTS!
rookie holdouts are dead. At very worst they miss like one day
Anyway the Dolphins won the offset language battle for the entire league with the tannehill and jordan deals. I saw one of this year's top picks has already signed his deal... With the offsets
cant say its not annoying every year being one of the last teams to sign even our late round picks.
remember, we have a new GM. ireland is gone and you can bet the friction between those two had some effect.
we dont draft and then say, "ok dawn, here's the players. let us know when you sign them". YES, she comes up with deals in the frame work of the new draft salaries but the GM has the say so when someone is finally signed. HE is the one who ok's the deal and tells dawn to get on the horn to the agent and fax over the deal.
i think that dawnis will be a much more cohesive unit. every coach wants guys signed as soon as they can as well as GM's.
