I already have a thread praising them but this is a special thread.

I just want to be clear on a few things, first I have the same opinion on Philbin everybody else does. His clock mgmt, overall game planning and player mgmt suck.

Now I do value a few things about him, we run schemes with a strong philosophy behind them and everything else system-wise is very well planned.

Now, I really like he is coherent. He has philosophies he lives and dies under.

Now there are better coaches than him out there but he is our coach and if we know him we might as well set him to succeed.

Tannehill loves Philbin.

We love Tannehill.

Tannehill and Philbin hate Wallace.

We keep Wallace, Philbin and Tannehil hate Wallace and Management.

We lose the locker room and thus waste the season and get Philbin fired.

Tannehill loses his mentor and is forced tom play with Wallace.

Walllace feels untouchable and keeps his antics.

Tannehill extension comes.

We offer Tannehill $120M.

Tannehill rejects them, Rex hires Philbin as his OC in 2016 after Manuel and Cassell fail.

Tannehill accepts $80M from the stacked but QB-less Rex Ryan led Bills.

We cry.

lol, hes just exited, we all are...but no need to worry my friend wallace is gone so there will be not hate, lol

I understood what you meant. The first 2/3's of it are right. Screw Wallace, he was loved since day 1 here, he was and is an elite playmaker, but he ultimately did not fit our offense because of Tannehill's mediocre deep throwing ability, and he was the diva everyone knew he was, so much so that he eventually messed up his relationship with the QB, coach, and fans.

He was a developing cancer waiting to fully infect this locker room this upcoming year.

personally I prefer Dawnenbaumickey

Solid points about the need for cohesion in an organization. It looks like Miami is working toward that. Having a superstar like Suh, whose work ethic will carry weight, will help with that too.
