I keep getting an error box that says hey there etc. No matter what I do I can't seem to get rid of it. Please help anyone FinAtic or any admin!

Not sure I understand the problem. When do you get this "error box?" And is there anyway you can get a screen shot of the problem and post the image here in this thread?
