"Haynesworth, their top draft pick in 2002...still ranks fifth this season among defensive linemen for tackles despite missing the last four games."

I would jump ALL OVER Albert Haynesworth.

We would have the most disgusting D-Line rotation in history.

If you consider the sizes of the gentlemen coming in and out, we'd have Taylor (the small guy), Holliday, Carter, Traylor, Haynesworth, Roth, R. Wright (DE convert @ 300lb), Fred Evans, M. Wright (?).

It would help that much more in the event that we lose Traylor/Wilkinson/Holliday/Carter for some reason (age?)

how could we get him? if we could i would love that...and i dont want to hear about how he stomped on some guys face b/c that crap happens all the time in the nfl

I wonder if they'd consider releasing him out of principle, or if they plan on trading him.

I'd give a 3rd for him. I think he's only 25 years old, or around there.

Sounds like he has a lot of player support in Tennessee. He's obviously had a large influence on that defense, and I doubt he ends up going anywhere as a result of this minor infraction....

PHINZ RULE!!!!

I heard he wears a size 17 shoe.

If i remember correctly, Pacman Jones even said that the Titans 'need more of that' when refering to what Haynesworth did. believe it or not, nobody on that defense is actually upset with him as a player.

I think DT may be the only group on our team that has great players older and younger we not only have great starters we also have impressive depth. We really don't need a guy with problems like this.

He's a good player...if the stomping incident really lowers his FA value considerably, I'd buy him as a value pickup and try and keep him on the straight and narrow like we're doing with Marcus Vick. That foot stomp was not the first incident, nor will it be the last.

Actually, put Marcus Vick and Albert Haynesworth on the same team, then draft Brandon Merriweather, and we can change our name to the Miami Stompers.

Haynesworth next to JT? No Way!

But it's entirely possible that we draft a DE like Gaines Adams, Clemson or Quinton Moses, Georgia.
