Here are some of his thoughts..

Campbell begins presser by saying it's been an emotional day. Team met, pointed out errors. Players took ownership. Productive morning

Campbell: I've been on both sides of this thing as players and coach. As we all know there's one cure and it's winning.

Campbell: The players took ownership. That's a hard pill to swallow. It's hard for anybody. To me that's a step in the right direction.

Heard Ndamukong Suh addressed #Dolphins defense in an incredibly fiery & demanding speech. Had his own meeting, holding players accountable

Adam Beasley ‏@AdamHBeasley 2h2 hours ago
Ndamukong Suh gave an impassioned speech during a meeting today. Campbell was just asked about it, but added little more info.

Andrew Abramson ‏@AbramsonPBP 2h2 hours ago
Campbell on Suh's fiery speech to players today, didn't go in to specifics. But he said guys all day have been taking ownership.

Campbell on Darr penalty: It hurt us. It cost us. But maybe we should find another position for him to play as well as punter.

Barry Jackson ‏@flasportsbuzz 2h2 hours ago
Campbell said whenever Miami tries to run more, "you get crap like that" -- referring to a Jason Fox penalty (he didn't name Fox).

Andrew Abramson ‏@AbramsonPBP 2h2 hours ago
Campbell says he still wants to run ball more but there were limited offensive snaps & they felt they needed some explosive passes

Andrew Abramson ‏@AbramsonPBP 2h2 hours ago
Campbell on Ajayi: He's earned more playing time... He's proven he can carry ball & go downhill. But let's not forget what Lamar has done.

James Walker ‏@JamesWalkerNFL 2h2 hours ago
#Dolphins HC Dan Campbell says the offense has to score more points. Trying to win low-scoring games "is a hard way to live," Campbell said.

Too bad we have more productive Mondays than Sundays...

Yeah great. Why even have these stupid press conferences at this point in another losing season? It's always the same regurgitated BS...

I feel bad for Suh. he was probably guaranteed a winning team if he came to the Dolphins and the team has been complete dog****. Nobody good plays behind him except for Jenkins and Jones.

Suh is a keeper. With pieces on defense, we can be very good with him leading the charge.

What did Darr do for a penalty? I missed it.

Too bad there is no one on offense to start a fire.

At this point I care as much about Campbell's press conferences as I did Philbin's. Just another disappointing season. Not even December yet and all we have to look forward to is maybe a better coaching staff next season and the draft.

He body slammed the punt returner out of bounds after a good return. I'm really starting to like this guy although the penalty was costly.

Campbell taking ownership would involve benching some of these incompetent ****s. The emotion doesn't mean anything if there's no accountability.

I liked to hear the comments about Suh. This team needs veteran leadership and that is great to hear that he took charge of the defense in that way.

I like the humor about Darr. It was a really stupid penalty, but how often do you have to deal with a punter getting a roughing call.

I hate the comment about running the ball. If we get penalties during runs, coach them out of that habit or replace them....but don't abandon your in game philosophy because of a holding penalty.

If we want more explosive plays.....we need to throw the ball down the field more. We have been fairly successful at that.....yet we try it very infrequently. Don't just talk about it....do it.
