We need to get Cower if we really want to make a splash with a coach, however he won't come cheap and he probably will want full power over personel and operations. Bill will want to bring his own guys i here and rightfully so. Bill Cohwer holds his players accountable and has high expectations that's why his team has always done well.

Yeah, let's make a splash rather than hire the right guy. Right out of the Dolphin hiring playbook. Let's hire Donald Trump, what a hell of a splash that would be! Front page news for at least a week!!

We Thought we had the right guy with Philbin, Sparano, Saban. who is the right guy? A guy that has a winning blueprint for success

Pretty sure Cowher has no interest in leaving his cushy studio job to take over this **** show of an organization

That ship has sailed. we do not need to make a splash......just hire the right guy for a change.

Cowher has been out of coaching for a long time, the game has changed a lot in the time that he has been gone, and there are other guys that have blueprints for success.

All Cowher threads should go to spam.

I can name a slew of coaches that can keep players accountable.

Since the first order of business is beating the teams in our division, how about Josh McDaniels. He knows how to beat the defenses we play, and knows the Pats offense. He sure knows how to cover up for a poor offensive line, and maybe, just maybe can help Tannehill.

The Miami Dolphins head coaching situation has been pretty sad, aside from Shula
We've tried the proven winner: Johnson
We've tried the great personal recommendation: Wanstead and Sparano
We've tried the co-ordinators: Philbin and Cameron
We've tried the college coach: Saban

Can someone please tell me why Sean Payton wouldn't be a good fit here? I think he's our best case scenario, and I hear a lot of people on here saying "No Thanks." Why is that?

I know it's a pipe dream, but I want one of the Harbaugh bros. yeah yeah yeah I know it isn't going to happen.

He is under contract with the saints.
