Crowder and Ronnie Brown need to step up and take leadership roles and be vocal in the lockerroom because Taylor and Thomas's days are rapidly coming to a close. We need HEART, i know it sounds lame but thats what we need. A young hungry team that wants to win (check out the titans this year). They just play their hearts out and give it all they got. If we do that and slowly start adding more talent we will have a bright future. However, its up to our few young rising stars now to start gaining respect by their fellow teammates and hopefully our new coach can start a fire under the whole team.

Crowder has the personality to do that but right now as long as Taylor and Thomas is there, he doesn't have to. Ronnie personality is more the lead by performance than being vocal, kinda like Ricky. Hopefully who ever is the QB can be that leader on offense.
