After saturday's performance, Vince should be the fron-runner.
...are you kidding me? they almost lost that game for his dumb mistakes

Did they lose??? I thought they won because of his playmaking ability!!! I know you don't like him, but he is carrying that team by himself. Every team they play is out to stop Vince Young and Vince Young alone. Reggie Bush has Matt Leninart and Dwayne Jarrett for teams to take the focus off of him. Vince Young is doing everything all by himself, he is by far the best player in the NCAA this year.

i know you only saw the highlights on sportscenter, but for a while there it was 28-9 OSU, due in part to young's turnovers and mistakes. texas should've won that game by halftime

:sidelol:

Lets not just judge this on what these guys do vs scrub opponents (since that's the majority of Texas' games).

Vs top two opponents:
Vince Young (@Ohio St & Texas Tech): 30 of 51 509 yards 4 TDs 4 Int, 27 carries 121 yards 1 TD. While they won both, he didn't exactly put up the greatest #s. 630 all-purpose yards, average for a QB, 5 TDs & 4 TOs.

Reggie Bush (@Notre Dame & @Oregon): 35 carries 282 yards 4 TDs, 7 catches 78 yards 1 TD, 7 KR 132 yards, 7 PR 40 yards. An amazing average of 266 all-purpose yards, 5 TDs (same as Vince), at two of the most difficult places in the country to play.

Reggie Bush leads the nation in yards per carry & all-purpose yards. Reggie also has 3 more games vs ranked opponents to showcase himself, not that he needs it, while Vince faces more scrubs.

The Heisman right now is firmly in Reggie's hands.

Reggie Bush won the heisman w/ his performance against ND imo. I think then Leinart/Quinn/Young are fighting for 2nd. I just want my man to get to NY for the ceremony, which he should.

He definitely should, take Young out IMO and 2nd is between Leinart and Quinn possibly Deangelo too considering his numbers and being the only option on his team.

Deangelo is having a great season yet he is getting no media attention. Kind of odd since he got a good amount of attention towards the end of last year before he got injured.
