HELP!!! Need to know what time the nfl draft starts this year!!

Someone please tell me what time it starts this year, its a matter of life and death! I have heard between 3 and 4 and I need to know what time so I know whether or not to take off work that day for a party I will be throwing.

damn i don't remember it being at 3 last year. I think i would rather have it start at noon or 10AM like it does the next day
