How do you pronounce their names?

Satele
Mauia
Soliai
Esera

I want EXACT transliterations! No fudging!

:ninja:

Well I have been around Polynesian culture my whole life so I hopefully have a little bit of an idea...anyway, how I pronounce them will have a slight new zealand accent to them, so let me try

Satele - Sa-Tell-Ee, or Sa-Telly..the e towards the end will kind of jump up in pitch

Mauia - Ma-wee-ah...the au comes off kinda like an 'oh', but the ia of uia is like an 'eeeahhh' kinda sound

Soliai - pretty simple... Sol-i-ai...the ai is like an 'iii', so kinda Sol-e-eye...not soul-e-eye like some pronounce

Esera - Hard to put in keypad form but the 'sera' is kind of pronounced fast off the tounge so it's not 'sera' like sarah, but kinda like if you were to say 'setta', it would flow off your tounge the same way

You forget to mention that the K and T are interchangable, for exmaple Satele can be pronounced Sakele. It will be spelled Satele but Samoans like myself will sometimes use the 'K" to pronounce instead..

I don't care how I mangle their names (which I will). As long as they can play.
Honestly though, I really do kinda dig the whole "Storm'n Morman & the Samoans" thing.
It's about time we had a new identity.
