Hey guys found it interesting,maybe henne is our guy and will break the marino curse

Dan Marino retired after the 1999 season. A dozen quarterbacks have mase their first starts for the Dolphins since. Here's how they fared in their first starts:

Jay Fiedler: 15 of 24, 134 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT
Ray Lucas: 13 of 33, 165 yards, 0 TD, 4 INT
Brian Griese: 20 of 29, 192 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT
AJ Feeley: 21 of 39, 218 yards, 1 TD, 2 INT
Sage Rosenfels: 16 of 38, 264 yards, 1 TD, 3 INT
Gus Frerotte: 24 of 36, 275 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT
Daunte Culpepper: 18 of 37, 262 yards, 0 TD, 2 INT
Joey Harrington: 26 of 41, 232 yards, 0 TD, 2 INT
Trent Green: 24 of 38, 219 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT
Cleo Lemon: 24 of 43, 256 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT
John Beck: 9 of 22, 109 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT
Chad Pennington: 26 of 43, 251 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT
 
Is that supposed to be a positive, like a good omen or something? Because to me it's just mind numbingly depressing that we've been through that many QBs since 99.
 
Wow, Ray Lucas was bad. Hopefully Henne is the last name on that list for a very long time. (crosses fingers)
 
Damn Marino cursed us with his number so we would have 13 bad QB experiences after him. #14 will be the one that breaks it! Lets hope we draft a young franchise qb next year with our top 5 pick!
 
I don't think Chad Pennington can be included in the list as a curse. The man came here in the middle of the preseason and took us to the playoffs.
 
and you left off Criag erickson and damon huard and you could add a number of our 2nd and thrid team qbs as well and all that adds up to around 20 qbs if you include those guys.

I dont understand why a team lets a third team guy go and then waste a draft pick on another third team qb and then release him within a year. its a shame we cant have more stability at all three qb spots.
 
Everyone last season was saying Pennington was the 13th since Marino. WTF?
 
13 qb;s and alot of bad play

Gus Frerotte was an good one year option
Jay Fielder was a mediocre multi year starter
Chad Pennington was the only really good qb we had since Marino
