Think about it, if YOU were Chad Henne right now. How exactly would you feel about White being drafted?? How would you see your future unfolding in Miami with a player like White always stealing plays from you on a weekly basis??? Henne wants to be a legit starter in this league, on his own. He can't do that now with White being there spelling him all the time. It's creating a messy situation in my opinion....

This offense is now going to be set up for Pat White to flourish as our "starting QB", not just as a part time weapon in the wildcat...

As a result, if I were Chad Henne, I'd demand a trade out of town. He has no future here as long as White is stealing all of his time behind center, and becomes the focal point of the wildcat, which in retrospect, IS the most productive aspect of the offense....

Say what you will, but if I were Henne right now, I'd be on the phone with my agent telling him to get me out of Miami....

quick question....umm...

whos going to trade for someone whos only played in 2 games...barely?!?!?

he cant demand anything because teams dont want him for what we gave up for him... maybe if he starts for a year when chad pennington gets hurt we can trade him sort of like matt schaub

i am sure henne is confedent he is a better QB then Pat White i think there is doubt that henne is the better QB IMO

Dude you are a good poster. Why dont you come back after you have cooled down a bit? Also if Henne is afraid of competition, the I dont want him

If he ever did demand a trade, it would reveal he's got less backbone than Beck.

What the hell...you been hanging out with Cutler or something? And how the hell do you know what Henne wants? Maybe he just wants to win.

I guess Beck should have asked for a trade last year as well...We're see how it works out, I gave you a thank you for the post, but I feel we need diversity in our O..let's be the intervative O out there and let other teams follow our lead..

I don't know if Henne should demand a trade, but the Pat White pick was nothing short of sheer idiocy. A true stroke of retardation.

This post is so ridiculous I have to think it was simply made to get reactions.

Come on now, you usually don't make these kinds of posts.

You say White will be stealing his time under center? Say we run the wildcat 5-6 times during a game. I think the average offensive snaps is around 60 per game. You really think Henne is going to be upset that he is only getting the ball 55 times a game instead of 60? Come on now, be real.

In fact, if I were Henne I would be even more thrilled with this pick. Anybody who seriously thinks(yes, I know what Ireland said last night) that White has a real chance to be the full time starter down the road is kidding themselves. He is a specialty player who can do a bunch of things. He is a football player. Why would I be thrilled if I were Henne? While Beck really didn't have a chance to pass him on the depth chart, this move signals that Beck will not be on this team this upcoming season. One less challenger for Henne.
