Herbie Awards!!!

LOL . . . yooooo lol, they have Samardjza (sp?) as the top WR over the massive Calvin Johnson and Dwayne Jarrett and Ted Ginn. Quinn as the top dropback QB and Weiss has the best play caller . . . now I'm not saying I disagree with the last 2, but man I'm thinking ESPN is really NBC in disguise.

Tennessee should be much better than last years team, but to have them over UF is laughable. It might happen, but to predict it is real funny.

To follow up, they don't even list Leak as a top 5 QB in either category, and have Drew Weatherford over him and Kyle Wright . . . just too funny. ESPN must really don't like the Gators.

Who is a better drop back passer then Quinn? If you dont disagree with it, why bring it up? You could argue Samardjza, but it isnt a ridiculous pick to have him as the top WR when he has the top QB throwing him the ball and an offense as good as NDs. Look at what he did last year compared to the other WR you mentioned.

I was just pointing out that ESPN is giving ND alot of love, thats why I brought up the other 2. I'm not questioning that Quinn is the number one drop back passer in the country, hell I agree, but to also throw Jeff as the best WR, that is very questionable IMO. He might put up the best numbers because of the offense that Weiss runs and the familiarity with Quinn, but IMO he's not above the other 3.

Thats also another thing that got my blood boiling.
 
BTW, does Herbstreit know any players on any teams other than USC, UT, UM, ND??? It seems like he has a love affair with Clemson this year too.
 
I am really questioning how much he really knows about college football
