The Raiders were in talks with Miami, listened to what they had to say, but felt they should take 'an unnamed player' at #3. Oakland calls said player, to tell him 'congrats, you're the 3rd overall pick'. The player did not answer his phone and the Raiders said 'maybe this is a sign'. Call the Phins back and Dion Jordan, "C'mon DOWN!!"
I'd love to know what player decided not to pick up his phone.

I have heard this before where a team won't take a player if they don't Answer. Very common practice from what I hear

I think the guy that didn't answer the phone should be shot for not answering hiss phone at the most critical stage of his life thus messing thing up for an entire finnation. What a stupid guy!
