Even with record setting Tom Brady, DB's cramping up and no push in the running game, the Fins STILL had chances to make a one score game and have a chance to win.

* Two goal line chances and getting 3 points was a killer
* We all said it...they needed multiple turnovers. Think about it: if the Fins d somehow got the ball another time or two, they probably win. It shows what the NFL is today and how you are always in the game.

I like the attacking style I saw. It is the NFL today and is at least enjoyable to watch.

The red zone and not being able to punch it in are still a problem.

If I remember correctly, Miami missed out on at least 14 points due to that little issue. Settling once for a FG and the other time turning the ball over on downs which was followed up with the Welker 99 yard TD.

we need to resign lousaka polite, throwing the ball on the 1 yard line for 4 downs is retarded, just ludacris.....

I am so aginst throwing at the one you have to pound that in.

Was pleasantly surprised with how well the offense looked last night. Would liked to have seen more screens and shotgun draw plays to Bush, as I dont think we utilized Bush enough (especially in the 2nd half). But it was a good start all the same against a decent defense in week 1 and credit to Henne for running the offense well.

It's been a long time since our offense looked this potent, despite the GL failures. Why is it almost always that we end up firing on only 4 of our cylinders instead of all 8?

Henning should have left a post it note on his coordinator desk for Daboll:

"If I've learned anything here in my time, if you have one play left, do NOT throw a fade to Hartline in the endzone."

Seriously, how many times has that exact play failed???

The defense gave us the ball on the 3 yard line, other than that, the offense put up 17 points. Not exactly potent.

I like the improvement I saw in Henne at the goal line, he was throwing on time....he did throw two bad passes down there but at least he wasnt scared to throw the ball like last yr.....they still need to clean it up and score more points but I didnt expect everything to be fixed by the first game and one month of practice.....I like how we looked on Offense last night and the Defense got rocked by Brady once again, I will give them a mullagan....I think this butt whooping was just what the D needed to stop all the talking......If you cant get to Brady with 4-5 guys then drop 8-9 in coverage and screw up his passing lanes, he was in mid season form with accuracy and timing our D had no chance....good to see they did get a turnover and set the Offense up with a short field.....Just one game the world didnt end and we dont need to fire anyone.......YET

When they put Solia in I was screaming for a bootleg dragging the TE! Henne would have walked in the endzone! One big Solai doesn't out match 750lbs of Fat Albert and Wilfork, not to mention out oline sucks!
