hey guys i live in nashville,TN and i am thinking about moving to south florida i have been there a few times for fins games but i really dont know the area i dont have to live in miami just close enough i dont make a ton of money just a single guy making 30k a year, i can transfer from my job any ideas?

I live near Knoxville. You and I live in an area with a LOW cost of living. I'm guessing Miami area is a LOT higher...I know land is way more expensive (I was born in West Palm Beach and have family there).

I'm sure those in the area can shed more light on that subject...

if you want to move down here i would suggest renting a place. Davie is a nice area thats relatively cheap and its where there practice field is. What do you do for a living? Perhaps picking up a room mate or using a free rental placement agency will help. lots of options here in florida and no state income tax either :-D
