I'd get a place on the beach. Staying near the stadium is a poor choice in my opinion. The drive from Ft Lauderdale Beach is about 30-40 minutes. From Miami Beach is a little longer. I'd get a car rental. I'd park in one of the yellow cash lots off pavement on game day, on the west side near 27th. Parking is about $20 if I remember correctly. Could be more. It's easy to get in and out.
Information on Eagles practice schedule at the stadium is a game week question. They will likely not even practice, and will just have a quick walkthrough.
You can purchase the tickets online, and print them in Germany and bring the print out with you to the gate.
if you want to stay in the same hotel the Eagles are staying, you have to find out from the Eagles.

I stayed at rhe M Boutique hotel in Miami Beach and took an Uber to stadium and back. Easy and great area about 1/2 hr from stadium. Used Go Shuttle from FLL cheap, super easy and cheap. It's right outside of airport by taxi stand.
