Ok, this mock is based on the new GM getting a starting LT in free agency. I think there are at least 3 out there that can come in and make a difference in the OL right away. So here goes,
1) Jace Amero TE -I absolutely love this guy, great athletic skills, and I think would be more effective in the running game than Ebron (who I think will be gone when we pick at 19)
2) Travis Swanson C- I know we have a great Center in Pouncey, but I think he would be an even better LG, but Swanson has a mean streak, and actually can play G as well, so either way he works.
3) Kelcy Quarles DT- Dolphins are going to lose either Starks or Soliai, Quarles played in the SEC and held his own in the toughest Conference.
4) Carlos Hyde RB- Dolphins need a physical runner. Hyde is that and then some. This is the type of back that gets stronger as the game goes on. Would allow the Dolphins to use Lamar Miller as a third down change of pace back, where he could excel.
5) Seantrel Henderson RT- Again this mock is based on the Dolphins getting a starting LT in free agency. Henderson has the size and feet to be a good RT. All he needs is to have his head in it.
6) Baltimore for McKinnie
7) Vinnie Sunseri S- Great Special Teams player that is smart and can add depth to the secondary.
so with offensive line being the weak link of '13, the above mock could have a starting line of;
RT-henderson/Clabo (signed for a low ball price)
RG-Jerry (signed for a low ball price)
C-Pouncey/Swanson
LG-Pouncey/Swanson
LT-Free Agent (Albert or Monroe)
