I mean leblount, mike smith, mike james, doug martin. Area miami could really use some help..
 
We could use a Doug Martin.
Re oline...I hope he can go 3 for 3 with the oline in this years draft. If he can pull that off, I am sold.
 
I made ref to this their 4 our 2 - not even close their 3rd and 4th RB are more elusive and tough than our top 2
 
Lol I hope hickey is ready to take this on. The dolphins need an immediate infusion of talent with heart. First line of business should be ol, RB, lb, etc....
 
Our O-line was so bad that it's laughable to blame our RBs as much as so many on here do. It's a shame that we'll never know how good our guys could've been. I saw flashes from both Miller and Thomas to where I would feel bad if they were jettisoned. Add a Mike Tolbert type to this group and we'd be alright. Thigpen kinda sucked at kick returns but still seems intriguing as a 3rd down back. The game-winning TD vs the Patriots was a play aid like to see more of. Hard to believe we didn't do more screen passes to him.
 
Is he? Wasn't Dominick the GM and the one making decisions? We have no idea if Hickey had anything to do with finding them

A lot of people are attributing recent draft picks to Hickey, but somebody else posted in another thread that he hasn't been allowed in the war room since 09'. I'm sure the truth will surface, but if this is in fact the truth than I feel even worse about this hire
 
He was there the year we got Rainey and Martin and James...Blount you are right on :)
