I hope so... be realistic we don't have that kind of money to throw around. Especially if we're gonna go Brees or Bust. Don't get me wrong I think Peterson would be a great pick up if can afford him but let us address QB and O-line before we try and assemble the "Trapezoid of death" in having Zach Thomas, Channing Crowder, Jason Taylor, and Julius Peterson all on the same linebacking core.

I see Hodge being more of a backup than starter. He wasn't even a starter on the sorry Saints last year and their defense was terrible. That should tell you something about him. I see him being another Spragan type, here for depth.

I think Hodge and Spragan will fight for the last starting spot (unless we cut Spragan). Then we'll draft a OLB in the 2nd because that's where a lot of expects are saying there's depth.
