Give him a 1 year conditional/prove it deal. You don't work that hard at that age to not be completely motivated. We are not overloaded with talented, motivated o-linemen. Sign him and bring back shell so after Jackson costs us 4 games one of them can step in and we have good depth at the position.

He looks great, but these comeback attempts so rarely work out. The quality of competition in the NFL is just too high to step away for 24 months and catch back up.

But we have a pressing need so I’d give him a minimum deal and let him compete.
