I would say no one was wrong about Tua, he's had plenty of success that has been derailed by multiple injuries and playing behind crap offensive lines. All of this cumulating into whatever terrible QB play we are seeing in 2025.

A better example of everyone being wrong would be QB's like Zach Wilson and Trey Lance, those guys had plenty of believers and have been useless in the NFL

No we were definitely wrong. Tua was hitched to drew brees as a processor. It’s clear and obvious that even at his best tua isn’t a good processor. He’s very accurate when he’s at his best.
