A game winning drive engineered by your franchise qb to your franchise wr

what stones

2nd week in a row we rescued victory from the jaws of defeat...feels great...gained a game on kc in the playoff race

feels like this team is putting together something special

i thought for sure we were done when we lost tunsil...and frankly we were...but gase went to the 2 minute and everything changed...and if im being honest i thought he was a drive late based on how the game was playing out

i hope gase understands with this current tackle situation being absolutely dire the only thing he has to offset is 2 minute or no huddle tempo...this o line situation is absolutely alarm level..gase must offset...i say tempo is his only shot should miami find itself in another situation like today...as always let the scoreboard dictate

we just beat a top 3 overall defense in their building down 10 with 6 minutes to go down 3 starting o linemen...you kidding me thats unheard of

vance joseph calls as strong a late game defense in miami as i have seen from a dc...hes aggressive at exactly the right times...its uncanny really

adam gase gets a short field in a game he knows he must hide the left tackle situation with sam young he boots the qb away from the left side accordingly and takes a shot the damn safety pushes dvp in the back for the int...thats the kind of aggressive oc i want...understands how the game is playing out

going forward i didnt think he showed enough misdirection to the rams we ran into walls that at times ajayi broke but id like to see vs top shelf run ds and fronts him counter earlier and know that 2 minute tempo is always in his back pocket if we have protection issues

ryan tannehill with as clutch a last 6 minutes of football as you willl find...he delivered...he rallied his teammates he showed them this is his team and he showed that head coach yet again you are in good hands

dvp beat their top corner in the clutch game on the line...he was the alpha...he is our difference maker that can take our offense to the next level...

damien williams with a poor first half...runs a wheel route wide open too worried about where the safety was to be full gallop thus incomplete...blows a protection on a pass pro qb gets murdered by the strong safety williams takes the top side protection already accounted for it with james leaves the qb high and dry

id be remiss if i didnt mention the defense who kept us in it frankly...a couple poor gap fills by the d line mainly earl mitchell and jason jones resulting in big runs but play after play despite being constantly on the field gave us a chance...rookie qb first game starter or not the game is out of reach otherwise

yet another team win...this teams overcoming o line attrition even...we might be able to do that against san fran we wont beat the ravens in their house vs that interior status quo barring change of pace

6 and 4 taking the season in quarters a 1 and 3 start followed by a 3 and 1 and now in the 3rd quarter 2 and 0 following a hard as heck 2 game west coast swing in the thick of the play off race

no indigestion this turkey season...we are headed towards relevance in december instead of focusing on draft position..its ok to talk about the dolphins with pride as you gather around the table dammit and scoff to anyone that dismisses them

get healthy albert, pouncey, and mission critical tunsil we can only smoke and mirrors this for so long!!!

let's go miami!!!

It still hasn't fully registered that we won that game... Prior to the missed field goal by Zurlein, I was going to leave the bar and go home if the Rams got one more first down. I really thought that we were dead.

What an unbelievably clutch couple of game winning drives by Tannehill and Parker.

Great job by the defense making stops to keep us in the game. Cam Wake is still the man.

Amazing team win. Keep it going to 7-4 vs San Fran!

I haven't felt this kind of momentum since the 2008 season when we won that string of games to end the season - and eventually make the playoffs.

Have to take care of business next week against a bad 49ers team - then a showdown in Baltimore awaits.

Ryan Tannehill played like the best QB on the face of the planet on those last two drives. Every throw was ridiculous.

Anyone see how Tunsil got hurt? When exactly did he get hurt? Did he come back in street clothes? Did he leave the field? What do we know?

Thanks again for taking the time, Hoops. Informative as always.

Great assessment as usual hoops. Whos that number 79 playing right ? Dude held up real good.

Tell me you guys saw dvp back there playing centerfield for the hail mary as i called for?

This freaking coaching staff gets it

We have found competence in miami...i wasnt sure that was even possible

Teams have been doing that forever, granted not seen in Miami....

I think the point is that our previous coaching staff was so goddamn stupid that they couldn't figure out simple things that everyone else has been doing for years.

Yes. that was brilliant. I wish he would have caught that. He might be required to do that on the offensive side in the next few weeks.

Well not everyone does it...but everyone that has a climb the ladder freak like dvp should

Look at that route by dvp on the touchdown...you cant cover that in off...hes explosive in his stem and theres not an ounce of wasted movement

This passing o is transitioning to what it needs to be...dvp is the catalyst

He comes out the cut out of a cannon

And thats 6 foot 3 215...and he has the best hands in the wr core to boot

Good luck dbs

Gase with a nice call on Landry taking some punt returns when the field was short and the ball wet. No need to chance it in a game like that one.
