I think Sherman, Philbin and Ireland should all be let go. Ireland for the **** job he has done since he got here. Philbin for the way he prepares his team in crucial situations and seems to not give a **** on the sideline when his team is playing awful. Sherman because he can't seem to adapt to the game and teams defenses.
If 2/3 of these moves are not made next week than I just might question my loyalty to this team...kidding!!!
Tannehill knows he has a lot to improve on this offseason. His IQ and pocket awareness are my biggest concerns. He has the skills to be an elite QB. Give him a running game and an o-line he can trust and he will be that much better. I hope him and Wallace work a lot this offseason on the deep ball, that has to be something they can improve on. We got 4 solid WRs for short cut routes and Wallace deep. We will be a threat. Hell, remember last yr we were all upset with the lack of receivers?
Defense is not as bad as some posts suggest. Ya we lost the final 2 games to rookie qbs. But we only gave up 19 and 20pts. Vernon had 11.5 sacks. A few tweaks in the secondary and we'll be fine. Wheeler needs to cut his hair this offseason, maybe he will be stronger and faster. Jordan needs to beef up. I still don't know why we traded up for him.
Playoffs would of been a nice experience for this team though. It will be a long and disappointing 8 months for me, not the way I wanted to end the season.
