Hopefully Henne's Career is not David Carr

I will support him, I like him. I want a franchise Qb so bad! I will buy a jersey. I have bought Players Jersey's before and 1-2 years later
they are not on the team anymore. David Carr is on his 3rd team.
Obviously I believe we have a better supporing cast then Carr had.
Alot of Qb's do become failures. Sure Buffalo had Losman and others.
Just seems all of these promises after Marino retired. Just venting!
 
I dont think Carr ever performed as well as Henne has so far. Well Carr has had 2 games with a passer rating higher than Henne's best and one of those two he only attempted 9 passes. His low passer rating in the regular season is a freakin 8! lol. So in 7 years he has only surpassed Henne's rating on two occasions. I'll take Henne all day long.
 
Carrs had QB ratings of 78.8 and 8.2 in his first two games. I don't really see what you're getting at. He was also on an an awful expansion team.
 
David Carr had talent to be a very good QB but those coaches killed him. We have the coaches to keep Henne on the right path.
 
As long as Sparano is here for awhile then Henne will be. If Sparano
starts to lose this team in a few seasons and a new coach takes over, they will want there own QB! It seems we are fine, but these slow starts are very taxing on a team and as a fan. We need to start better. Not start better then fade like before. Be consistent! Give Henne weapons and please a solid backup to Jake Grove and Justin Smiley just in case.
Ginn well let's see. We will find out soon enough.

Carr had an awful O-line and supporting cast for the most part.

Henne's the exact opposite.

I think David Carr is a decent QB but what good is it when your team (Texans) is setting the most sacks given up record every week. Every time he took the snap he had to run for his life.
 
Not sure how anyone could possibly see these two as comperable. Their careers are COMPLETELY different.

Thats what I hear alot. But why cant David Carr be sucessful with other teams with better coaching staffs? Is the damage already done for him?
