Hot off the presses Lavar Article

Primarily for the pricetage associated with him along with his few negative attributes.....I don't want him. I'd just assume draft Lawson to fill in as a LB for years to come MUCH cheaper :) It's what's in the best interest of the franchise/team. I seriously doubt Saban signs him unless he drops his price and wants to play for a winner.

Its the same situation that Drew B, faced. He would love to be he on a team thats going somewhere, a head coach that strong minded, a city thats every player would like to own a home in, BUT....here's the BUT...............$$$MONEY$$$. He's not going to get his cake and eat it to here in the MIA, it about sacrafice, and he has to mke a decision.

In most cases yes, so I hope thats what this is, but sometimes they visit a second time and things hit a wall

I dont mind paying LA alot of money as long as he is committed to a championship for the next five or so years and he makes it cap friendly. Make his contract so that he wont be holding out and he will work hard in the offseason with the rest of the guys. If not, we dont need him.

:yeahthat:

Then again thats how I feel about every player

One thing to take into consideration concerning free agents and money is the fact that Florida has no state tax. So even though we might be offering less money in a contract as a whole, the lack of state tax could make up the difference.

Plus all the other great reasons to live/work/play in South Florida.

It appears he is going to make a 2nd a visit to Miami. It is so obvious he wants to play here! That is 2 visits now!!

Nowhere in this article does it say that Lavar is making a second trip to Miami...he will, however, be in Florida to visit Jax. Too much $$$...we've got other holes to fill.

The Giants haven't been eliminated from the LaVar Arrington chase yet, but the race is starting to get a little crowded. The ex-Redskins linebacker is planning to visit the Jacksonville Jaguars this weekend and also will make his second visit to Miami.

Call me crazy but it looks like it does say that he's making a second trip to Miami.
