No way Ross keeps status quo. After the epic fail in Buffalo and here to The Jets? Nobodys going to buy a ticket next year if they stay. The only way to rejuvenate the fans and motivate these lackluster players is major housecleaning....wait for it. Its coming.:hclap:

Philbin is in over his head hes not a head coach and Ireland is an Epic Fail.

ross will keep everyone

Then that empty ass place will be emptier...

The fans got their hopes up after starting 3-0. I was there when they beat the Falcons. It was magical. They don't trust Ross or anyone else after what happened after that. It's going to be nightmarishly hard to sell tickets now.

When they didnt change the oline and lost to the Bills at home with Thad Lewis The Axe shoulda felll....mighta saved this **** season.

That was the beginning of the end....

The only way I'd go to the games is if I got free tickets, free parking and free beer.

And a hummer from a cheerleader....

That's the real kick in the @ss for 2013....8 losses in their last 13 games. And they managed in those 5 wins to beat New England, Cincy, San Diego, Pittsburgh. So how do they lose to Buffalo twice, Tampa Bay, the Jets?? Just a team that cannot be rationally analyzed. So much of it is related to coaching. Ross has to clean up this mess of a coaching staff.

Who will buy tickets? Jets, bills and pats fans because they already do.

I wish the OP was right but my gut says both are back with a few assistant coach and coordinator changes. Which only delays the inevitable one more year. Why wait?

Here is a thought Ross stop hiring head coaches that have never been head coaches in their whole lives.

Right. I remember driving home from Miami after the Falcons game where I heard Dolphin fans from all over Miami praising and loving the Dolphins. Everyone agreed we were finally turning the corner. It was magical hearing everyone be super positive and excited. I felt we were too. God... what a slap in the face.

When you have bill cowher, John Gruden and Brian Billick on the sidelines especially. Look I can't say that I am a huge fan of these guys but there is something to say about experience.
