They did, not that it matters because that song was just as awful as ours. If not worse.

It was written for the Dolphins but Joe Robbie rejected it. The Oilers started using it and then the Dolphins decided to use it themselves.

That fight song was written during the undefeated season of 1972. The Oilers bought it from Miami during the luv ya blue days with Earl Campbell.

So, no it's Miami's original fight song. I guess you guys weren't around back in '72?
