CB is a higher priority but it depends on who's left by the time we pick. I still would go with best player available with that pick, so I agree with the OP, if that player is a RB then by all means go get him then see about getting a starting CB via FA.
It depends on is you the sixth or seventh best corner is a better player than the second or third best running back. I say you take the best player on your board.
How? He's a straighline power back who could probably do really well on a really good team but won't be a difference maker at all on a normal one. If he had gamechanging ability he would already be gone.
