How About Ty Law!!

:tantrum:Omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thats all i gotta say

This is getting a little repetative, but you'll have that this time of year.

Not if it isn't a very incentive-laden contract, and a very cheap base salary, considering the fact that he is a 31 or 32 year old corner. Granted, he is coming off of his best season yet, but who's to say this year he won't show the signs of aging and a dropoff in play.

Should we bring him in. He would be a great addition to the Dolphins, wouldn't he???

If we were interested in paying him his current asking price, he would have already had a visit.

His price is too high. Not just for the Dolphins but for the other 31 organizations apparently.

I think he will be on the market for a while. Then the cost will drop.

If the price is right, than yes!!!

I think you hit the nail on the head, Ty has said he wants to win another Super Bowl. I think that once he realizes that nobody is going to pay what he wants, he will lower his demands and start looking for a contender. What better team than this one as he will get to spank both his former teams twice a year!

I did it on purpose. I don't understand why folks are so uptight about threads in the main forum. If you don't like the title, don't open the thread. It doesn't get any simplier than that.

For the record I think our secondary will be OK in 2006 with the young fast players we have back there now. I believe we will draft a DB with our 1st rounder but adding a guy like Law would certainly eliminate that. For some reason, right or wrong, I'd rather draft a DE/OLB hybrid for the 3-4 or a WR.

You know I dont think that Law is great, but he is still a very good CB. He has forgotten more about playing in the NFL than the guys on our roster know. That being said I want him only at our price. And if we dont I want us to trade down and go after Cromartie! We could add a 2nd and get the best CB in the draft. Had he not gotten injured prior to this year he would have been a top 5 pick.

Dude,relax...Poole will pick up the slack nicely.Trust in Saban. We don't need to overpay that old hack.

Hell yeah! Will Poole is a baller and I can't wait to see him tear it up next year when he has 100% healthy and makes his comeback.
