........... with either QB we would have aquired a massive upgrade. We got one of the two, there's nothing to cry about. The choice wasn't clear-cut, due to two significant injuries, until Brees' money demands got to high for Dolphin exec's tastes.

Personally, Daunte's got alot to prove to me off the field with his character issues - you never heard of Dan Marino on a sex boat! Yet, once he's healthy there is absolutely no reason why he doesn't slide into the QB spot with relative ease given his extensive experience in the same offense.

Just get glad everybody, let your ego's go for a minute and enjoy the fact that we now have REAL talent manning this franchise's biggest sore spot since A.D. (after Dan)......

this is the happiest ive been since, i cant even remember!!!! this is exactly what i wanted to happen, saban is a god, chuck norris answers to nick saban

someone's always going to have something negative to say regardless...i'm just glad that for the first time since marino we have a qb who brings me hope..and unlike brees who seemed more interested in $$$ instead of winning, cpep actually wanted to come to miami and be a part of a winner.

I would've been happy with either but the more I heard about Brees/Condon trying to squeeze money out of the fins I say let em walk. I have full confidence in daunte and saban. I'm looking for a Culpepper jersey ASAP....
