Does anyone have an idea how the players are handling all this? I know they are professionals, but this has to be bothering them, and I don't think this looks good for recruiting free agents.

They been pretty ok with it on twitter. Our coach is probably still coaching or just got knocked out

So free agents won't come here because Fisher isn't the coach? Come on.

I was thinking free agents won't be coming here because our organization is run by bufoons.

So the front office is bufoons because they didn't give a head coach who never had GM experience the power to make GM moves? If there is a front office of bufoons, it is in St. Louis.

So long as those bufoons pays in greenbacks, I think we'll be OK.

If a player is concerned because a HC that coached for 17 years and only had 6 play-offs wins didn't sign with us, then I say we certainly didn't really need that player.

I never said that it aint attractive cuz fisher isnt here just the way they have handled things. Im glad fisher isnt our coach.
so dont put words in my mouth.

I think its more the totality of the situation. Between last year with Harbaugh and this year with Fisher it is showing a pattern that when the owner wants someone (whether they are good or not) he offers them the world, and they refuse. Makes one wonder what the problem with Ross is? A number of folks think its his loyalty to Ireland. If that is the case, then we truly are screwed. This owner shows no adaptability and loyalty issues to a fault. Sure it's his team, but he runs it like a 3 year old. So I guess if I'm a player who just wants the cash and doesn't give a dang about the team, then I guess Miami will be the place to be.

People are comparing apples to oranges. Harbaughs situation was not the same as Fishers. Look I understand the media coming up with this crap, aren't we as fans supposed to be a lil smarter than those bottom feeders?

Harbaugh decided to stay on the west coast. Fisher went into a better situation than what the Dolphins had. Things aren't as complicated as the media tries to make things. It's their job to stir crap up. They have to justify their jobs daily.
