How big is the extra day

So big game and big win yesterday. Now we get the Jests and their pressure D. And i was wondering how big is the extra day of prep....i dont know if they get today off or not but another day of study in the film room and day of practice for Henne should do him some good. And hopefully they do have practice today and teach our guys how to block cause you know the jests are gonna bring the heat and make Henne beat them.

So what is the value of an extra day to a young team like ours?
