How Can We Improve Moving Forward? (short Post)

I think it's simple. Improve the offensive line. It's hard to win without a solid offensive line and, unfortunately, the loss of Sitton really derailed the entire unit this year. It looked like Miami finally got it right. The team needs to add some good young interior lineman and this is one are where quality depth is a must.

Give Adam Gase and Ryan Tannehill or whoever is quarterback next year a fighting chance. If the Dolphins drastically improve the offensive line and the team still isn't competitive then you've got to re-evaluate whether Gase is the right head coach.
 
remove Tannenbaum... and if Gase wont relinquish control of the 53, can his ass too. also make a strong push to look into a Grier upgrade if you don’t trust his FIQ (talk to Hightower, Riddick, McKenzie to start). then let the GM make the HC choice and help hire coordinators & position coaches.
 
Fire Burke and remove play calling from Gase. With the injuries we have were still screwed but at least we could better evaluate what we have, especially on D.
 
In regards to injuries, I feel that has a lot to do with the lack of physical training. I think that Gase coaches about as physical as a powderpuff team.

I've never really been a fan of that idea. Now I've come to the conclusion we need to draft a 1st round qb from here on out till we find the guy. I could care less if the prospects for 2019 don't look too favorable as of right now.
