Last time we played Buffalo Taylor had 7 carries for 35 yards and a TD, but we didn't have to worry about McCoy as well. Marriota and Kapernick absolutely killed us by running on our defense. In both games the threat of the run also handicapped our pass rush. I think Shady is going to get his yards, but if we can't contain Tyrod it will be a long day for the defense. I hope our offense can start hot, as we need to make the Bills' offense play from behind.

We have trouble stopping opponents running game in obvious run situations. The Bills will get 200 yards rushing but we have to make them settle for FGs.
This will be an ugly game but we,have to find a way to win.

It's pretty much gonna be up to the defensive line to disrupt the pocket and make sure they get a hand on Tyrod. Otherwise he'll be getting his, against our LBs

get pressure with the front 4, drop 7 and hopefully confuse him with some zone looks, like dropping wake or one of the big dt's, said in another thread i dont like the idea of playing to much man against this kid, cant stand the idea of our dbs with their backs turned to the play while he takes off up the middle for 15 yards. really going to be huge to get pressure up the middle, and the pass rush to stay in their lanes to contain him.

We have to be disciplined and can't leave gaping holes in the middle all the damn time.

And how about we start out fast for once. We always start out slow and fall behind. It gets sickening.

This is the one game Mario Williams has to step up like he did last time vs Buffalo. Then he is useless most other times.

We're gonna need some of our de's to not get too far downfield. Typically we've had issues when we give space between our de and dt. There tends to be nobody there to stop a 15 yard gain.

Keep Kiko in as spy or send McCain or others off the edge to force plays to one side. Just stay disciplined and don't let McCoy or Taylor or Watkins have their way.

Widen the defensive gaps and put a spy on him, and make him go one way when rushing him, and hit him early and often

It won't really matter unless we first stop Shady. I would completely abandon the wide nine. VJ needs to start earning his money. Actually, IMO, the Dolphins need to seriously consider running a different defense next year. This one is ranked 22nd in the league and has been abysmal against the run. This game is nightmare matchup.

If we can somehow win this one in Buffalo, we can win the Super Bowl.

By being agressive. He is JAG, take him down
