How do you put a video in your post?

I am thinking about putting a video in my post in the countdown to Buffalo thread. I want the video to appear so you just need to click the play button within the video to see it. I have posted video links, but have noticed that so are able to just place the video there to view. Any help would be appreciated. And thanks in advance.me

just try pasting the link. it that doesn't work there is a filmstrip/video icon in both formatting bar in your quick reply box.
