How do you "thank" someone?

With the new layout, how do we "thank" someone for a good post? I can't seem to locate the button for that.

um... its right there next to the "reply' reply with quote" buttons.

For some reason, my computer doesn't display the "thanks". I just have the "reply" and "reply with quote" ones. Thank you anyway.
