I havent heard anything on Patrick Cobbs lately so How is his recovery going? will he return next season . I wasnt impressed with him on special teams but i thought he was a good 3rd back.:)

he was kinda slow, but was a good change of pace back.
also he was a very good specail teams player.

Not sure but with the injuries of Ronnie Brown, Cobbs, and Ricky Williams being 32 years old, I think we will be looking to draft a running back. Maybe not the first round but perhaps 2nd or 3rd round. CJ Spiller would be awesome on this team, I really believe that guy has Percy Harvin potential. He's on my wish list.

I disagree. I think the trio likes Hilliard and sees him as Ricky's eventual replacement, and unless Cobbs' recovery goes horribly wrong, he'll continue to be effective in his role on offense. If not, maybe Sheets makes next year's final roster. The lynch-pin in all this is whether or not they re-sign Ronnie, which I think they will.

I havent seen Hilliard yet , has he played any at this point in the season ?

He hasn't played much....but the carries he has gotten have been effective...

9 carries, 46 yards....5.1 ypc

thanks armyfin7 I look forward to seeing him play ,I just hope it isnt at the expense of of another injury.

There was a story about a month ago that I linked on here saying he his healing at an extremely fast pace. He is well ahead of schedule and expected to be back to full speed by TC. I'll find it and post for you...............
