Just wondering if any one has some insight on why these to can practice while the rest of the league has to wait till aug. 4th or whatever. Pretty sure ocho signed a new 3 yr deal so I don't see the difference between him and bush.

Read the replies above yours, they are correct. Both were traded to NE, and both are still under the contracts that they had with the Redskins and Bengals. Chad is supposed to sign his three year deal after the 4th, and I haven't' heard anything about a new deal for Albert.
