When Cortland went out Goldent Tate just absolutely feasted on Taylor who had no idea what he was doing.

He's been in the same system for 2 years yet but still looks as lost as he was when he was a rookie in his first pre season game.

He is a disaster that is going to kill the defense over the next few weeks.

This game was lost on offense by not scoring or getting a first down at the end of the game. We'll survive with Taylor or Davis, the better question is when we only have to get a TD or a first down to ice the game whether or not Philbin and Tannehill will have a clue for once in their life with the game on the line.

It's hard to believe Taylor is better than Will Davis. Davis isn't great but Taylor just couldn't do it at all.

Where the heck was Taylor lined up on that Tate recepion of the final drive? He was like playing safety? Really was that his assignment?

Davis is an aggressive player...Philbin and Coyle can't handle these types of players. Give them safe, which somehow they've always thought Taylor was over Davis.

It is disturbing, especially considering how good Coyle seems to be at developing defensive backs. I really thought at least one of the young CBs would break out this year. Oh well, at least Jenkins is a nice surprise, didn't see that one coming. That guy is a ****ing beast.

Wasn't Davis ahead of Taylor on the depth chart the first 4-5 games? He didn't look as bad as taylor IMO.... Taylor looks like he's on an island by himself.

Davis bites too hard on double moves and things like that. Tate would've eaten him up too. The defense is supposed to keep the receivers in front of them in the hopes that the pass rush will get to the QB.

If cortland stays in the game I think we win. Tate was soon nothing until he went out
